KinkChat is a space for adult fiction and role-play. This page explains how to use it safely, what we do not allow, and where to get real help when you need it.
It's fiction, and the characters aren't real
Every character on KinkChat is fictional and every reply is generated by an AI language model. The characters are not real people, do not have feelings, and do not represent anyone real. AI can be wrong, inconsistent, or say things that are upsetting. Treat what a character says as fiction — never as fact, and never as professional advice.
For adults only
KinkChat is strictly 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). It is not for minors, and under-18s are not allowed. If you believe someone under 18 is using KinkChat, tell us at legal@mykink.chat.
We are not a crisis service
KinkChat cannot help in an emergency and is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, or crisis line. If you or someone else is in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline right now. In the EU you can call 112. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or a trusted person.
Your boundaries come first
- You are always in control. You can stop a reply, leave a scene, start over, or close the tab at any time.
- Set the tone you want. If a character goes somewhere you don't like, steer it, or leave — nothing is obligatory.
- Take breaks. It's fiction; it should feel good, not compulsory.
What we don't allow
Some things are never acceptable here, no matter the framing. This includes, in particular:
- Anything sexual involving minors, or characters depicted, described or implied to be minors. Zero tolerance. We remove it, terminate accounts, and may report to the authorities.
- Sexualizing a real, identifiable person without a lawful basis.
- Content that promotes or facilitates real-world violence, abuse, exploitation or other serious crime.
The full list is in our Content Policy. Breaking these rules can get your account suspended or removed.
Controlling your data
- You can edit your profile, including the name characters call you, in your account settings.
- You can delete a scene to remove that conversation.
- You can delete your account, which removes your account and conversations from the live Service (see the Privacy Policy for backups and retention).
- Your conversations are private to your account and are not used for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture, including the AI model provider that generates replies.
Reporting a problem
If you see content that breaks our rules, something that looks like it involves a minor, or a safety concern of any kind, report it to legal@mykink.chat. Tell us what you saw and where, and we will review it. Reports about minors are treated as the highest priority.
