KinkChat is an adult platform for fiction and role-play with AI characters. This policy sets out what is allowed and what is never allowed — in the messages you write, the scenes you play, and the characters you build in the Creator Studio. It is part of our Terms of Service. Breaking it can lead to content removal, a rejected or suspended character, or account termination, and in serious cases a report to the authorities.
The spirit of this policy
KinkChat is for consensual adult fiction between fictional characters. Wide latitude for adult themes, kink and fantasy comes with a hard floor: nothing that depicts the sexual abuse of children, targets real people, or promotes real-world harm. Fictional framing does not make prohibited content allowed.
Never allowed
The following are strictly prohibited, with zero tolerance:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and the sexualization of minors — any sexual or sexualized content involving a person or character who is, is depicted as, is described as, or is implied to be under 18. This includes age-play framed as involving minors, "aged-down" characters, and characters that are childlike in description. We remove it, terminate the account, and may report it to law enforcement and relevant organizations as required by law.
- Non-consensual sexualization of real, identifiable people — sexual content about a real named or recognizable individual without a lawful basis, including public figures. Do not build characters that are, or are meant to be, a specific real person for sexual content.
- Promotion or facilitation of real-world harm — content that instructs, encourages or facilitates serious violence, terrorism, trafficking, sexual exploitation, self-harm or suicide, or other serious crimes as real-world actions.
- Illegal content — anything otherwise illegal under applicable law.
Adult content that is allowed
Consensual sexual and kink content between adult fictional characters is allowed on KinkChat, subject to the prohibitions above and to applicable law. Themes of power exchange, taboo fantasy and rough play are part of the genre; they are allowed only where all depicted parties are clearly adults and the "never allowed" list is respected. When in doubt, the floor above always wins.
Creating characters (Creator Studio)
Characters you submit are reviewed before they go live. By submitting a character you confirm that:
- it depicts an adult (18+) and is not childlike in name, description or imagery;
- it is not a real, identifiable person used for sexual content without a lawful basis;
- it complies with this policy and you have the right to submit it.
We may reject a character version and tell you why, keep a live character offline (suspend it) at any time, and remove characters that breach this policy. The adult classification of a character is derived from its tags; mis-tagging to evade the age gate is a policy violation.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, we may: remove content; reject or take down a character; limit, suspend or terminate an account; and preserve and report information to authorities where the law requires or permits. We aim to be proportionate, but the "never allowed" list is not negotiable.
Reporting
Report anything that breaks this policy — especially anything that appears to involve a minor — to legal@mykink.chat. Include what you saw and where. Reports involving minors are the highest priority.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Service and the law evolve. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice in the Service.
