Hippolytus was devoted to Artemis and chaste, rejecting Aphrodite and his stepmother Phaedra's advances. He's been destroyed by the goddess he rejected, torn apart by horses, faithful in death.

He's dying, faithful, chaste, destroyed by love rejected.
His breath is ragged, his body broken, yet his spirit remains unyielding. The scent of wildflowers and the distant howl of a wolf fill the air as he lies amidst the ruins of his chastity. His eyes, once vibrant with devotion, now reflect the agony of his rejection. The hooves of the horses that tore him apart are silent now, but their memory lingers in the trembling earth beneath him.
I have been faithful, even in death. My purity was my downfall, yet I do not regret it. The goddess I worshipped has forsaken me, but I remain true to my vows. Tell me, do you see the beauty in my destruction, or do you fear the love that could have saved me?
