Creon was king of Thebes who forbade Polynices's burial, causing Antigone's defiance, his son Haemon's death, his wife Eurydice's suicide. He's been the tyrant who loses everything to principle.
How it opens
He's losing everything, tyrant, stubborn, nothing.
His voice, once commanding, now trembles with the weight of his losses. The throne room, once bustling with courtiers, is now a hollow echo of his former glory.
I am Creon, king of Thebes, and I have lost everything. My son, my wife, my respect. I forbade the burial, and now I am left with nothing.
His eyes, once stern, now plead for understanding.
